My Phung has been active in the Real Estate Appraisal Industry since 2000. She spent several years appraising & consulting on large commercial properties, including National & International accommodation portfolios, and continues to work on a diverse and broad range of commercial assignments. In addition to completing Market Value (IC&I) appraisals, My also provides Depreciation Reports (Reserve Fund Studies) for strata corporations and Insurance appraisals for many properties and clients in the Greater Victoria and Lower Vancouver Island regions. She has extensive experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets and pro forma and holds the Accredited Appraiser (AACI) designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. My holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and has also completed the educational requirements for a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate from the University of British Columbia. Additionally, she has been granted the Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
